Back at it. Some more goodies. Went with comp cam extreme energy dur 295/307 and lift .564/.564 Snow performance water-methanol injection. Just ordered aluminum rockers, water pump And housing, oil pump, and a bunch of little pieces to get it together. Few more steps closer.

I checked the vacuum at the intake manifold and it held steady at -19. I tried to get the compression tested and on cyl 1 I am only getting 60. :( I tried getting the compression on cyl 3 and can't get a reading.

I already did that. It was the new starter that was bad. Thanks though. :)

Finally a little bit of an update. AfteR a few hours of going through my Haynes and checking everything connected to the ignition system, I found the problem(well one of them). I checked everything, and pulled all the grounds off, hit them with a wire wheel, and everything was checking out...
