Got the lines all figured out thanks to a earlier post. It all works surprisingly, since it been sitting since 1994ish. they actuators move a little slow but hopefully a little WD and some movement will have it all going like new. Thanks everyone.. Now on to the pushbutton trans..

Oh I also found my Vacuum lines and dash connector still in tact. Does anyone have a routing diagram? Once I get this heat deal squared away I'll be digging out the ol' pushbutton trans and getting after that. Just need to find that 65 tail shaft etc..

I HAVE HEAT!! Thanks for all the info! I ended up hooking the air compressor up to the hoses and blew some nastly crud out both directions then pluged the nozzle for the hose on it and ran water through till it came clean filled it up to help with air bubbles and she works.

I need to swap scoops too! old thread or not its awesome! I have the 68 SS hemi scoop. Needs a maxie

I am assuming he means the block skirts protruded well beyond the main caps and are not webbed directly to the pan rail. So to speak.

No that's next on the list. Drove it about 60 miles yesterday. It never warmed up. I'll probably tinker with it Friday

No leaks yet. but no heat either.

Well I'll drive it a bit and see what happens. I replaced it once about 22 years ago. So it only had about 2 years of use on it. Maine it will start working. Everything looks good.

Well the lever is moving. That's all I know.

I am guessing its plugged. I tried swapping hoses real quick to see if I could get heat with no luck. Both hoses felt pretty warm. I'll try forcing some air through it tomorrow.
