    '69 Big Block HP Exhaust manifolds - Sleeve nuts rounded off. How can I get them out?

    Maybe try heating the barrel sleeve with a torch, that should expand the sleeve off the stud and you might be able to back it out with small vice grips. Make sure you have a good "bite" on the sleeve after you heat it before turning it out. HR20
