I am in the process of removing my 383 with air grabber hood. I am installing a 426 hemi does any one know where I can get a low profile air cleaner base for oval style for a single carb setup so it has the 2 bolt screw down.
Has anyone had dealings with Gosselin Racing in Northbridge Massachusetts. I put a down payment on a 426 hemi and have read pretty negative comments can anyone give insight on this guy
Thanks the replies did you upgrade fuel line delivery from tank ? I also have a air grabber hood do the mounts allow to clear hood without changing k frame
I have a 1970 Road Runner with a 383 I want to install a 426 Hemi. Can someone tell me how difficult and what needs to be changed on the car other than exhaust.
I have a 1970 Road Runner that we installed a new hurst competition shifter. It will shift normal at low speed. If I get on it go from second gets stuck going to 3rd. Transmission is new rebuild. We pulled a second time all is correct. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have a 1970 383 thinking of new aluminum intake and aluminum heads. It has a little bigger cam with stock heads now. I have air grabber hood so I can’t go any higher then the aluminum DP intake I have now. What heads and intake combination would you guys suggest
The motor is definitely a 1966 cast but there no numbers stamped on top pad. I have a 1970 383 numbers matching original I wanted to put a 440 in for me will it hurt car value as long as I keep original motor. He said was in a 1970 coronet but I do not know why they have no numbers stamped on top
