This is the second one I bought new, the one I had before only allowed the front driver and rear passenger lights to blink and the flashers worked without blowing the fuse. This one seems to let all blinkers work but the passenger side causes all lights to blink and the flashers cause the fuse...

It was quite difficult to replace but I did end up buying a new harness awhile back. It concerns me that there was no ground wire hanging where I could bolt it up with one of the dash frame bolts but maybe it grounds itself through the bulkhead and the column.

Okay, Ill try that! Hopefully its just a faulty bulb. Still strange that even the dome light wants to blink only when hitting the passenger blinker.

It only seems to blow when I hit the emergency flashers. Im not very good with wiring so I don’t have a clue on what to look for. I can take the flasher switch out and make sure its clean on the turn signal harness and add some conducting grease.

Also this plug seems to go on the harness somewhere on the firewall. If anyone has a picture of where exactly it would be greatly appreciated.

So that L plug will go under this prong on the starter relay?

It looks like it just directly plugs into the starter. The NSS is not active since it will try to start in any gear, which is why I think the NSS is in that 3 prong switch on the trans.

I just need to know where it plugs into on the firewall. That L-shaped plug in is throwing me off big time.

I found this online, says its for 69-70 b body reverse light/NSS for automatic transmissions. It includes 70 Chargers and every Coronet model with big block.

The brown wire just plugs directly to the starter, there isn’t any other wire connected to it.
