It definitely has a nice lope to it...sounds mean and that's with stock HP exhaust manifolds and 2.5 inch TTI exhaust with X cross-over and Summit performance mufflers.

I went with the Ram HDX clutch (Part #88504H from Classic). So far so good; however, I have not drag raced but I have launched with no clutch slip.

I too have a 440 with hp manifolds. I have the TTI 2 1/2" steel pipes with "X" cross-over. I went with the Summit Racing 2-chamber performance mufflers 2 1/2 In, 2 1/2 out (appear to be Flowmaster 40 knock-offs). The GTX has a great sound but it does have a drone at a certain RPM. Loud pipes...
