1977 Cordoba for sale.
Has a good running 400 4brl in her. Previous owner installed an eddy performer intake, and carb. Rebuilt 727 installed last year. The a/c has been converted to r134, and works good!
Front suspension completely rebuilt, and new shackle bushings for the springs out back...
Thanks 71newp!
Yea, I gotta pull it out, and take a peek at it. The other morning when I fired it up to go to work the needle went up to full (it did have a full tank) but only stayed there for a minute. So I'm thinking the float is still good.
I've been keeping an eye out. I did see one on a...
Thanks guys!
I havn't been on in a while. Yea the led's have your trypical 194 plug. I had to bend the tabs out on a couple to get a good contact, as well as wiggle them a little. The plugs are a cheap plastic.
Nothing really happening with the Cordoba. Its been in biweekly daily driver...
Man that looks familiar!! lol looks good! I didn't go too crazy on mine. Welded the patches in, made sure all the pin holes were filled, and grinded the welds down a bit. I didn't grind them 100% flush. Just enough to make sure there were no holes.
The instrument cluster is fairly easy. The...
Not too much left. The old girl was hauled off a few days after I brought her home.
The guy I got it from kept the header panel, front bumper, and a couple other things. Only 2 great body panels left were tue drivers door, and the hood. Im keeping the interior for my car. I've got a few...
I'm wondering if I can do a little fab work on my 60/40 bench. Maybe cut the middle off of the driver side, and modilfy it to fit the bucket seat. Its power, and I'd like to keep that. I have the seat tracks for a passenger seat, but not the drivers seat.
Yea I wasn't looking forward to replacing the wheel either. But the old one was so cracked, and the plastic was really degrading. That on top of 38 years of hands, it smelled like crap!! I cleaned it severl times, but could never get rid of the smell.
Replacments seem non existant too..
There was a thread on here, or maybe another forum? about them. I don't have any part #'s off hand. They are a simple plug in replacement. Only downside with them, is they don't work %100 with the dimmer switch. They dim down maybe %25 then just shut off.
The main things to look forward when...
Those door panels are beautiful! Did you just dye them? Or change em out?
I've got severàl yards of carpet to make the inserts, and console bottom out of. I need to get some vinyl dye for the interior, as its pretty fadded.
That charger is just plain BAD ***!!! I love it! It is sad how unappreciated these cars are. Thy are great cruisers. I think they look great too!
The Monaco in the garage is my baby. Was my first real running, and driving Mopar. She's the Bluesmobile. She's been in the garage the last 2 years...
Sounds good! Do you have any pics? The vinyl on mine is beyond saving. Needs to be completely re wrapped. Luckily I have a few yards of new carpet to make new skirts. Do these glue down to the carpet of the car, or just rest over it?
Thanks!
What trim pieces are you needing? The guy kept the front header panel, bumper, and a couple other things as souvenirs for his mom. It was her first car.. Was hoping to get the header myself...
Since I've been looking around, and asking some questions (more to come) figured I'd post a thread on my car. I've had her for a year last month now, and put over 8000 miles on her so far.
She has a decent running 400. Was an Orlando car its whole life till I brought it a little north to...
