distributor wont be able to move held in by bracket

cant pop out dist there but it can move up roughly 1/8 or a bit more

The shaft/gear will move up, the problem when it moves up is what happens to the cam gear riding along side it

you will see the difference in the hughs, much better quality, need to hear from someone using the 440 source gear

dist is all the way seated ,made sure, i think the problem is the slot might be to short

I'm using an msd dist. its for an rb, called 440 source they asked me to send them some pictures explained to them what the problem is

from the top of the gear to the bottom of the dist. flange where it sits on the block is 3.75 inches you will see from the pictures its barley engaged. last photo in dist. and gear on my bench

hughs is different wish i bought it from there, anyways did a mockup this evening will post results when i get a chance

il pick up my distributor from the machine shop and try it on another 440 i have at home

where can i find OEM

distributor goes down all the way, problem is how much of the dist. tab goes into the gear

all done correct from what i can see, bought complete

Can someone please tell me if anyone has used the 440 source melonized intermediate shaft gear, took it to the machine shop and they told me not to use it, said that the shaft of the distributor wont sit deep enough, they compared it to the one hughes makes and there is a big difference, please help

already called milodon no pans till new year, just looking to see if i can use the other pans with there setup

what im asking is will those other pans work with a stroker
