Well, that was quick. Yes 833 oil change also while I was under there. I put Synchromesh in this time. What a difference. I've always had a little 1-2 clash when cold after rebuilding it years ago. I even put an entire new synchro (newer design) in when I rebuilt it. Haven't road tested it yet...

Fred is not dead Ed. He's like you, may need an occasional rebuild, but not willing to call it quits. Electrical stuff is annoying, but perseverance wins. You'll figure it out. If not, I'll be in Pigeon Forge next week. Maybe the Mrs will let me escape for a day. It's only our anniversary...

Yesterday: I enrolled in the "Jersey Jesus's" online body and paint academy. The D100 is in epoxy. Today: Rear differential gear oil change, and 10 points awarded for what the pics show: :lol:

I'm headed to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for a week camping trip for our anniversary. I'm looking for : Things to do Things to see Restaurants - no chains, i can find them anywhere We've been there before for a short stay and saw some of the major stuff (Cades cove, Clingmans Dome, etc.)...
