Id say timing too, did you install your own distributor?? It could be too that maybe you installed it a little more advanced/retarded than you meant to. Does it start right up or take a few turns??
I strongly dislike my holley. I all ready got rid of it with plans to run something else.
LOL, sorry Bad, I'm just playin.
Red - They are adjustable BUT the starting height is different meaning the FINAL height will be different at the uppermost end of each bracket.
I dunno, might just go with the taller one on the driver side since I lean toward the hobbit side anyway ;)
LOL! OK, the seat adjustment knob isn't on the bracket SMART *** ;)
They are adjustable for height BUT it will matter what your final height is by which one is taller.
C'MON! All I want to know is which on is higher, passenger side or driver side!
So a long, long time ago, in a garage far far away I took the front seats out of my 1966 Plymouth Satellite. Sadly, it has been a long time since they where back in and when I took them out I didn't realize that passenger and driver brackets are actually a different height. If someone could be...
I have the SSBC full power kit that I just got done installing. Let me tell you that thing is bitch to install. Everything goes fine till it gets down to installing the master where you have to cut the push rod assembly to fit (not in the instructions but its necessary), the plumbing for the...
Im just about done with the install. . . actually as far as the front part being done I am done, I'm just waiting on the spring I lost from the right rear drum so I can finish putting the rear brakes together and than pressurize and bleed the system. I installed new brake lines at the same time...
HA HA HA! I was just loggin on to say that. I had to do the same thing. Tech support was like "Oh the threaded rod is there only if you need it, you probably just need to put the looped end on the booster directly." Horrible tech. Yea, I think I lopped of close to two inches off that thing with...
You could just rebuild it. I am rebuilding right now. Its about as straight forward and basic as it gets you just need a hydraulic press and a rebuild kit that I think goes for roughly 25 30 bucks.
AHHHHHH! Those are the WORST instruction on earth as far as the brake line routing goes. SO you can look at yours and tell me what you think but when I checked that thing out it seems to me that the larger of the two bowls on the master cylinder is the most forward - closest to the front bumper...
Yea, I am pretty frustrated. Seems like when you spend that much money on something it should drop right in with no problems, shouldn't have to screw around with a bunch of BS and if you are going to have to they should tell you that. Im SURE if I was a putting on a Chevy or a Mustang it would...
Oh good, I'm glad I'm not the only person that sees that as being problematic. I am installing the same kit (except on a '66 Satellite and the full front disk assembly) and am finding that once again, bolt in does not apply to Mopar. First thing I have noticed is that there sure as hell doesn't...
