I got to change the pads on my 73 Charger and find this Add to that, the screws won't come out.

I have a 73 Dodge Charger SE Brougham with split front bench seat. The mechanism to physically move the seat forward and back is falling apart on the driver side. Has anyone replaced these and where would I find such parts. I've had no luck online. Thank you for any assistance.
