    so whats the situation when no title? When Cars are imported ex USA into New Zealand we cant get them on the road into Legal Registration without the Title evidence. I have heard that certain USA traders can obtain a title for some cars without but not always. Any ideas?

    I just swapped out from 4.10 to a new 3.55 ring and pinion set from J.Ts. This is in my 69 bee. I am very happy with the swap as the car feels much better on the highway and at the strip the otherday I still managed 12.4 @111mph. Used heaps less gas getting over to the meet as well.

    I had a 69 GTO same colour as your rival's 70, mine was 400 ram air 3 and I could squeeze just into the 13's with around 380 HP recond engine. For his $10,000 into his 455…? he could have put a deposit on a BBody. Get a re run and you will get him with a better start.

    finally got hold of a set of 3.55s for my 69bee, drag meet again in a couple of weeks so keen to try out. Always feels like it runs out of huff and revving hard well before the finish. Way better on the road now the 4.10's are gone .

    What do you think about 3.23s in the combo you describe? I am not sure whether I should go for the 3.55 or the 3.23s. Currently got 4.10 LSD 12.2 @110 mph in the old lumpy 440 69 bee. 512 with stealths on the way soon so I want the right gears. What do you reakon about the ratios?
