The 2010 short block has VVT and a different crank tooth count and sensor. The rods out of the 2010 will work in the 08 with the 2010 pistons given you will be using the 2009 and up Eagle style of heads. The 2010 crank in the 08 block is a bad idea depending on what you are going to use for an ecm.

Great suggestion, we reinforce the K frame on any of our pro-touring builds. The biggest area you need to worry about flex is where the steering box mounts to the car.

Well we should have a big announcement soon. As for the Dark Runner rear suspension we used a new Charger SRT-8 Based IRS, that has been beefed up. It is a pain to install, but works well once in. The car actually runs the autostick, and 5spd automatic as well.

It can be done and has. Check out our Dark Runner Its a 6.1 stroked to 426, blown with a vortech making 700 in current form, and built to take 22pounds of boost to make 1000h.p. once the new blower comes out. We can aslo stroke a 5.7 our to as much as 410 cubes, but would recommend a 5.7 392...
