I was quite surprised when I bought my car and had the Ontario list of all the owners Saskatchewan will not do that,all previous ownership is privacy unless you know someone who knows someone- polsled

A business or government agency will not give out personal info due to privacy laws if you know the name maybe but it out there and someone maybe knows who he is- polsled
