Down to one of the last modifications on this quarter before I glue it on. I came this far so I suppose I shouldn't rely on seam sealer to fill this gaping hole between the rear quarter and the corner reinforcement piece, aye?

So progress continues....the portable metal stretcher worked great for reshaping the q-panel to match the dutchman. A couple more tweaks and it will be perfect. Also replaced a jacked up portion of the q-panel where it meets the window corner. 10 times better that the "factory" AMD panel

Yes, that is exactly what I did with my stretcher! Seems like the English wheel is a lot to wrestle around! What are you building here? Looks like floats for a plane

I just made an arm to bolt onto my metal stretcher to turn it into a portable unit. I plan using it to re-curve the top of the quarter panel (pinch flange) to match the curve on the dutchman......of course it is one more thing that doesn't match up. Not enough clamps and what not to finagle...

So is this a standard procedure to have to cut apart AMD quarters to fit the rear window corner and the gutter flange?

what is the resulting ID after they were turned?
