Guess a 68 742 housing they went 7290 joints in 68. In 69 think 489 housing with 29 spline yokes. There might be a transition time.

Maybe so but shouldn’t the seller know?
Why didn’t you use goggle?

It's for the 8-3/4 center section, but obviously you need to have the 10 spline pinion and not the 29 spline one.
I hope this clears up the confusion my ad created.
