I ran 275 60 15 on this coronet, with 7 inch C body road wheels. Only modification was I swapped in slightly longer shock absorbers which might have let the axle hang a little lower. The 275's made a 318 car look like it was packing at least a 383. My red belvedere got longer shocks as well...

275 60r15 on 7 inch wheels. I'd prefer 8 inch wheels but they let the sidewall bulge out just enough to rub.
