Hi just read a post that Glen-Ray is retiring but they may be selling off the restoration and reproduction business. Any update on this or who is my next best choice for a radiator restoration… Bob was definitely a good guy and they did a great job.

The "Housing" with Shift indicator moves on the steering column when moving the "Lever" "Housing" to change gears. Not sure the steps to get it secured again. Do I need to remove the steering wheel and just tighten it down or is something else going on to cause this.

It’s not an SE and you are so right about shop rates… they are preying on rich Wall Street types and every day guys have to take it in the seat…. I think I might have to pass…I want a project car but not a sheet metal disaster
Thats a really nice car. Assuming I paid $25k for it that would only leave me $150k to restore it. Im assuming panel, body and paint work would be at least $90k. I can do a lot but I can't do sheet metal, body work and paint. ALso think about the drive train and rebuild and general parts...
Just to follow up on some questions that were posted… yes I confirmed #’s on vin tag, fender tag, radiator core support, trunk rail, trans, door decal and motor. Those who noticed the motor was not matching were correct. The original motor was outside of the car and I confirmed it’s #S.

I Found a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T 440 Manual console, Track Pack Car. Matching Vin Tag, Fender Tag, Radiator support, Trunk Rail and Door decal, All original power train but it is a barn find and in need of a complete restoration.
Overall sheet metal is in rough shape. Needs Quarter panels...
