The crappiest exhaust system system you've ever heard.....

My 08 Viper sounds pretty good. Best compliment I had was the Ultraflow 3 inch on my 528 Challenger, Chick at the parts store told me it sounded like a weapon. Never have understood the cold start fart pipe crowd,

For Sale: Not Mine 69 Bee For Sale in Jersey, it’s rough

$1700 sounds better, maybe $17k if it included a mint 100% donor body and some extra parts. Let it die, flipper doesnt deserve being rewarded for car abuse.

Anyone work for Mopar at a corporate job? Trying to help a friend..

As for the white vinyl over FC7? For sure, my buddy had one and a policeman I knew back then also had that combo.

What's it Worth WIW 69 Roadrunner Petty Blue 4spd project

I think Delta V is right. And I too would be really serious at that point as well.Im done screwing with rust repairs that push costs way up with just metal cost itself.

    hemi block

Ha, ha: Yes I bought 3 of them in the $2k range but that was 20 years ago. I think new and undiddled with $6500 is fair value today. I like the way they look too, but thats just a personal viewpoint.

    Member's Project

I think you did well. I wouldnt use a few of the extras but they have value to sell. Biggest thing is it was close to home so you could inspect it and know the actual condition and its a real 69 R R and they arent on every corner these days.

    70 TX9 Roadrunner Junkyard Review

Back about 1979 a guy was advertising a rust and dent free TX9, 70 Runner, 383, post auto on column. I considered it hard but never went back to get it because of the unexciting lack of options. Price came down to $800 but I still couldnt find room for it. Next time I seen it was in the JY with...

    Rollover E… fix or…

Yup: Worth fixing and most likely better than fixing rust. I agree, job 1 would be putting it on a frame rack. An old bodyman friend of mine told me with something like that, you put it on a rack, push the roof out even though you are replacing it. Push and pull to get everything squared up...

My buddy has a Kangaroo petting zoo thing up here in Canada. I helped him out a few summers, I've got a few hilarious stories from that place.

    Unbiased views on Chevelle SS

I like the 69 Chevelles alright. the L78s were strong, the other 396's not so much but easier than a BBM to modify to make good power. I like the beefier 4 speeds, clutches, rear axles and better brakes of our mopars but we don't street race these cars anymore. I like a 70 GTO or 442 more but...

    Interesting First 340 Compression Test

I dont trust your compression tester. I would run the engine fairly hard for a few hundred miles then check it with a reliable gauge.
