Well that blows. They all suck anyway. Hunt for a donor that isn't damaged on the leading edge. Damage every where else is easier to fix except the leading edge.

I am a body guy, that's a tough one. Pretty heavily munched in a tough spot. Time and many, many pulls to get it close. Cut and patch is possible but will take allot of time and patience. Either way filler will be required. The more I look at it, I think I would look for a better original donor...

Again, not Friday but a good one from last weekend at a 3 day show that my son and I hauled the rods to. A good friend gave us shelter for two nights. Chevy guy helping a brother out.

Not Friday but had to get the trucks out of the way to move the Rods around. All 8 years apart. 90, 98, 06. Not intentional it just worked out that way.

I love this place. I started this thread to vent from the frustration of driving home behind a green Subaru. You guys have turned it into outright entertainment. Almost 100 posts in 24 hours. Fun stuff.

No $hit. I wasn't going to get into colors but you hit the nail on the head. The green ones are the worste. I started this thread as a vent but it has actually turned out to be quite humorous.

Then on the other hand, lets take a look at Teslas. I think they are a fantastic evolution in automotive innovation. I just don't like the dickheads that drive them. There definitely is a pattern there.

If I had to guess Kiwi, I would say you were in Alabama. Those f@ckers are still crazy these days. Georgia has become more "enlightened" over the past 150 years.

Is it me or do Subaru drivers just have no clue how to drive a damned car? 10 MPH under the speed limit, no turn signals, wandering all over the place. WTF?

Don't bitch about it. Jim is a very amicable guy. You have to figure the kits he makes are meant to cover a wide range of applications. So what if you have some extra material left over. It's great stuff to apply to other things on your build.

I disagree to disagree. :D My Baer disc system, 13" rotors on all 4 corners, manual, shuts my Runner down 10 times faster than the tubs and shoes ever did. Can lock 8" fronts and 11" rears up in a heart beat. Although "sliding" tires is never a good thing when braking hard.
