In have excellent condition fronts from a 70 Road Runner if any interest. I'll have to disassemble them though as they are still holding all the brakes & hardware.
Compared to newer cars, these are cake to replace. Most newer stuff, late 70 & up are a lot of work. Some must have most of the dash removed to get to the heater core.

They would look really good on your 64 D-100. They should bolt right on & have no rubbing problems. Personally, I would go with the 1970 light argent center caps. 71s are darker argent & 72 & later are different all together but really any would look good, it's your truck, use what YOU like...
