I just measured with my metric meter and it is about 181mm diameter, so it is not possible to be 1/2".
1/2" is 127mm diameter, so it is bigger than 1/2".

I bought aluminum 440 water pump housing, but need to buy plug for the biggest port on housing. I marked that port on the picture, so does anyone know what is the bolt dimension and thread for this port?

The cap is brand new, no one drilled anything, and you can see on first picture that there is spring and valve in the cap. However, I need vented cap because I plugged all vapor lines on fuel tank and removed charcoal canister and fuel tank vent line from canister.
