Our bar has Pabst on tap. I get a Pabst back for free with Mezcal. Cans don’t taste near as good.

I always fill the filter with as much as it will handle without spilling while installing. It helps get pressure up sooner period. Since the engine is still warm, I start it and IDLE it. I don’t rev until pressure is there. One minute without oil is not good. I’d shut it down after 5-8 seconds...

I run a breather on each valve cover, no pvc. It’s been like that for years, seems fine.would there be an advantage to running a pvc? Not a stock engine at all.

I put Mopar HD biased leafs on my RR twenty years ago, haven’t sagged a bit yet. I bought Mopar springs for my Dart eight years ago and they were over an inch different in height.

I’ve always had good luck with just the pan. I can see how if things had been milled a lot maybe use gaskets. I have had the intake milled as well to get good alignment. I would think with two gaskets per side, it would be tough to have the port openings line up perfectly.

I read in Mopar Action many years ago about a 68 or 69 ‘Bee with a stroked 400 with Mopar aluminum heads. He’s last name was Daughtry I think. He was running low 10’s I believe. At some point RE claimed the car had dipped into the high 9’s. Does anyone have any pictures or more info on this car...

My car fell off blocks under the k frame, and a block dented my oil pan. It cracked my oil pickup female thread in the block. The pickup tube was loose. I wrapped the male thread with Teflon tape. Still has 60 lbs at idle.

Being in CA is tough. I bought a stripped AR15 lower from an armory. I ordered everything else from PSA, shipped to my house, and built my own gun.
