It could be original paint. Someone did remove the vinyl top in the past and painted the top white. If it has been repainted they didn't repaint the door jambs since they still have some of the factory stickers on them. Pretty sure car is sold, have deposit waiting on balance

100% matching numbers...still have all original drivetrain. Pretty much everything on the car is still there. Loaded!! AC, power brakes, console, hood tie downs, tach, p/s and more! Car is extremely solid, no rust on the underside. Body is really solid, wouldn't take much to prep for paint...
