Currently on our 63 fury 4 door hardtop are firestone p225/70 R14 tires all (4) same size the spare in the trunk is a 195/75 R14 Gillett Golden Bear. with all that said checking the speedometer with GPS it is about 2-3 MPH off (slow) so car indicating 40 by GPS is actually 37-38. Nothing major...

To all of you who have contributed both the questions an the answers Holden and I truly thank you. We changed the alternator to day in her 63 Fury to a 2 field from NAPA and had to ground the second field out. Charging issues are fixed. Once again thank you,

So the projects continue alternator not charging, at some point prior to us the alternator was changed to a single wire and electronic ignition added. Am I correct in assuming the original voltage regulator is where the ignition box is today. We are planning to go back to a 3 wire alternator...

The little project continue with service plugs and wires Oil Change, Transmission oil and filter, And a few little personal touches by Holden. Working on carburetor swap out also. She is doing a great job making the fury her car. Ice cream tips in between projects are cool also.
