Looking for my 1967 brown Belvedere II with 440 commando, hemi 4spd.
Built this car myself and had to sell it in 2012 in Seattle. On consignment from Compact Kar Korner in Lynnwood, WA.
Would love to find it and buy it back. Thank you!
I have a 1967 Carter carburetor 4326S with a date code of A9
Meaning, the left front post reads A9 4326S. Does this mean that this was made for 67 high performance 440s manual transmission but it was actually manufactured in January of 1969 for replacement?
Saw a 1967 fender tag that says PREP LINE and that's it, nothing else. Who has one? Who has seen one on a car? And finally, please, what the heck was it supposed to indicate exactly? Thanks in advance!
This Mopar was built by me and just as I completed it I fell into hard times and made the huge mistake of selling it..... for cheap, as I needed money that week to help my family.
It's a total restoration. Was under water at Katrina for a week. Bought it just for the recall steering wheel and...
Thanks. These air cleaners would have been formed from flat to final form how exactly? I'm excluding the snorkel and spot welded air diversion flap(s)..
Thanks for the reply. This isn't a highly sought-after air cleaner so I'm just thinking it got very little use. I've seen highly desirable air cleaners in pristine condition and haven't seen that stenciling before so I'm thinking that's because of time and abrasion from rushing air. There's not...
Attached are some pictures of a 1966 single snorkel air cleaner. No biggie, right? Well, I happened to notice one day something I have never seen on a Mopar air cleaner and I have seen many. Under the top there is some blue lettering. The only way I could imagine it could bend corners and...
What car did this come off of? Make, model, year? If you get it, you're a genius because I've been asking around for quite a while with no definitive answers, just lots of guesses. Thanks guys!!
