Last minute plan is to head out in the morning. I've breezed thru a few when they were at a park and in Bricktown. Looking forward to a good time!

Installing an Edelbrock PRO- FLO 4 XT on a 440 (Lets open the Box)

Oh nice! Will be interesting not only to see if it clears, but also which one you think performs better! I think I should get out of this splint Wednesday...got the intake bolts in last Friday.

Thanks for posting...always wanted to see the XT in HEMI Orange!

Installing an Edelbrock PRO- FLO 4 XT on a 440 (Lets open the Box)

Did you ever test fit the Victor and TB? Kind of a moot point, but I'd still like to know if it clears. If it hits, I would feel even better about going with the XT, lol. I'd love to see your setup 451. I bought the same thermostat housing and agree that the big holdup is plumbing the air...

Sources for replacement 5.7L Hemi for my 2007 Ram 1500

I'd just clean up what you've got and re-build the original 5.7. If you can't have it down that long you could source one...I'd still take it to a machine shop to be inspected and freshened. FWIW, I think you can probably land a brand new long block for $5-6k so that can served as a guide for...

Awesome...thanks again! I suppose you could also run the Victor, if it fits, while fabbing the intake for the XT.

Well, going from the bottom of the valley pan to the top edge, I clocked in at 10 1/2 inches. Nate @ Edelbrock is going to take some measurements and possibly get Derwud set up with a TB for mockup. You are a lucky man with that bulge hood Dennis!

Just to clarify, this was on the valley pan itself and not the rail, right? I'm trying to check the Charger for hood clearance and I'm afraid the Victor manifold will be too tall. With the Torker II, 750 Holley, and 14" x 3" Air Cleaner, I am sitting at 10 1/4" at the edge of the lid measuring...

Hey Dennis, On the clearance pics you took, is the intake up in the bulge of the Coronet's hood? Would you think the setup would clear a flat hood (69 Charger)?
