It's 64 1/2" from disc to disc outside mounting surfaces...the face the wheel bolts up to.

Sorry for the long pause, boys...the project got back burnered for a while to take care of some business commitments.... That's really great information about the aluminum components...the rear end is mostly aluminum arms... I suppose I could have used coil overs, but the way I did it...

Engine mount planning..

It's up and rolling…there's no motor and trans in it, and uh, not much of anything else…it's rolling on 29" discs...

Here's a few upside righter pic's. And a look in the trunk to see the boxed kick ups and the shock pockets..BTW, this empty srt8 rear end is available…I'm done with it..it cost me $300.00 no center section axles or brakes, but it has never been mounted on a car…if anybody might be thinking of...

I paid $2000.00 for the car, 2500.00 for the trans and bell housing,1100.00 for the entire rear end, and 600.00 for the front end. I still need Brembo calipers and rotors for the front, and a clutch and driveshaft. The 440 that came in the car was complete and ran, but needs to be brought up to...

Everything I have put in it so far has a Dodge part number on it. People used to do things like this before there were custom custom parts manufacturers to provide adapters and kits to bolt anything to anything else. The Quicktime bellhousing, on the other hand, is nice!

Thanks for the support, guys! It's turning out to be kind of uncanny as to how the new stuff lines up with the old stuff. The front chassis rails are the same width as the new subframe. The mounting points for the rear suspension are only 1 1/2" outboard of the stock frame rails. I had to extend...
