Confused on poly 318 oil capacity, internet says 6 quarts with filter, downloaded original manual says 5 with filter. i am at 5 and it already seems to show a little over full on dipstick, stock oil pan and wix 51515 filter. Any info will help. Thanks

And you are correct it would be too long, there is also a 3/4 inch steel disk as part of the front yoke portion of the drive shaft, any idea what that is for?

i had a vibration, took the drive shaft to the shop and had it balanced. he stated it appeared the bushing in the 727 was worn. The seal was intact and not leaking though, i did order a new yoke and it seemed the drive shaft was too short based on how much of the old yoke was sticking out of the...
