    Thank you for the info. The list and date on the front and rears are not detectable other than part of one number on one carb. They are cool though, thank you!     Definitely not gold. The chrome could be a little thinner in tight places and pretty sure part of the chroming process is to copper plate them 1st. In my hand, definitely chrome. Might be the lighting.

    Agree with the "keep them" however there is no "prefer" as Jerry has passed away some years ago and I also did him a solid on the magazine vette project so really just quidproquo. In retrospect, just didn't want to waste them on a GM project when they may belong in a museum? The chroming, again...
