Finally found a decent rear bumper as mine was pretty bent up. I bolted it up so I could check the tail panel and lower quarter lines and I am pretty happy with them so mud work can continue and eventually primer some day.

Not much progress that shows in pics but I have been working on it. Clamps are hung back on the wall and I'm finally done with welding on quarters! After I get some epoxy on them I am going to start fixing the mess some previous owner made of the floor pan.
I trust Dr`s as far as I can throw them, which with a junk back isn`t very far. I think you have to decide for yourself - do you still actually enjoy the process and still want to do something or just give up and sit on the couch he rest of your life? I understand every situation is different...
I agree that many back problems are due to weak core but I would guess more like 50% as most people I talk to about it were due to some injury or accident. I am 6' 150 pounds so not at all overweight and have always been in good shape and very active, mine happened over time due to some injuries...
I have always done almost everything myself including body work. There isn`t that much heavy lifting I have to do - jacks, hoists and an extra hand when I need it for doors, hoods and such. I can`t afford to pay someone to do the work or buy a done car for $30-40k so I`ll keep plugging away and...
