well it will be a 93 octane motor for street but when raced it will be mixed with cam 2,
as for tuning i will be tuning it, along with help from some of my long time racer buddies. the car will be going to the chassis dyno when its in and ready to go. that will be mcnews dyno in dillsberg PA...

Im in westminster, about 30 min from baltimore, and i was going to use 2.14 1.81 valves in 906 heads. Should be around 9:1 depending on how far they sit in the hole, here is some info from jegs

I have a nice set of l2266 forged TRW pistons for a .30 over 440. they are on a good set of ly rods with rings installed. the pistons were notched by my local machine shop for valve clearance. these were installed in a motor but it was NEVER ran, i switched to l2295's for more compression...
I ended up clearancing the rockers as my budget wont allow me to get a better set like hughes or harland sharp, turned out to be fine, the roller sits behind center of the valve stem so at mid to high lift the roller will see most of its life on center of the valve stem
In te process of building the 440 for my 65 coronet, and ran into a problem. after i got the rockers setup and was checking pushrod length i noticed the rocker tips were not sitting on the valvestem. the rocker is hitting the retainer, should i clearance all the rockers or get some rocker shaft...
