Hello, purchased a rough 71-74 Rally Dash. I need to purchase some new gauges and the "glass" coverings, where would you guys recommend buying pieces from?
Tried searching the forums but only found people selling the Rallye dash. I'm looking at swapping my current standard gauge cluster to a rallye cluster. Just wondering if it's a pain in terms of the wiring. Thank you in advance.
Edit: Sorry forgot to say what it's in. 1972 Plymouth...
I asked him for the width from flange to flange and he told me 57.8” with a tram bar. The sizing seems right. I just don’t want to drive a few hours to figure out it’s not going to work. It’s a Satellite Sebring with the original rebuilt 318 for now, but there are future plans for a swap...
Hello, I am looking into a rear end for my 72 Satellite. I have been out looking for a 8 3/4 sure grip for replacement and I came across a 9 1/4 with 3.55 gears and suregrip. Looking at the mopar rear end cheat sheet the sizes seem perfect if the 9 1/4 came from a B body. Anything I should...
Hello, I have my car all pretty now, so it's time to start with some performance upgrades. My first step is I want to replace either my rear end or just the gears. I want to know what visual cues I can use to tell if my car has a 7 1/4 or an 8 1/4? Appreciate the help.
Alright, I thought I could finally put this to rest. I ordered two new replacement rear panels for my car, but it doesn't come with the metal insert to give it it's rigid form. It's just floppy fabric and cardboard. I messaged Classic Industries back and they don't know what I'm talking about.
Looking at the pictures again, maybe I have them placed incorrectly. I'll try and slide it down to meet but I think that messes up the fitting at the back, but I'll try it.
Went to my local glass guy today, he didn't have anything for me. And I'm not having any luck with Year One, Classic Industries or eBay? Any suggestions on where else to look?
I know who to go to next time I need anything :)
I am finding the front glass to quarter window piece for sale every where, but not much luck on the other side. Just sent a message to Classic Industries about a piece that might be the right one.
Thanks again for your help.
