Hello gang, well I finally gathered all the parts and am half way through the transformation. Everything going good and no hang ups. I found a brand new (guy had it stored for 30 plus yrs) 1965 4 spd for it and a fun Pistol grip shifter with the correct long legs for short shifts. I'll try and get some photos up soon.

auto to 4 speed

What year parts from the flywheel back, will work when changing an early "B" to a 4 speed? It seems that later model stuff is more readily available.

I can only guess that the cost would be as much as I paid for the car originally.
