Yes it is the 1/8 in Anaconda, Montana. Firebird in Boise, Idaho. 6.64 = 540 cid 6.91 = 500 cid, everything else the same.

Cool none the less, thanks for the refresher, I forgot about Firebird Idaho...LOL..., Firebird Az. is Now wild Hose Pass IIRC...
 
I like the new scoop!
In my opinion these cars are too boxy for an aero scoop. Besides I'm traditionalist an RO style car should have an RO style scoop.

The 6.64 Times are typical for summer time. The corrected altitude is usually around 7000 ft. I wonder what that would be at sea level?
 
So that's what you've been working on eh? Shoulda driven that to Dyno Day.

Yeah we're still around. I've turned into a watcher mostly, because fighting the poor information is too exhausting. We've got four engine builds coming up that will do all the talking.

Yep we'll post some results. The 505 should have dyno'd today but I ran into an intake manifold snag. Darn zero decked blocks. Didn't fit like it should have. It would have run okay, made plenty of power and the owner would have never known it didn't line up just right.........but I knew it could have been better. Soon as we get'er milled it will go together.
 
Anyway, nice looking car K.........and KJ's, how's that going?
 
Well it's not going fast enough for me. But he likes his triathlon thing and spends a lot of time training for those. He thinks it will go down the track in 2014 for its 50th anniversary. But we'll see. But on a side note I have the hemi (seen in picture) we may need to have you duyo & tune. It was assembled 4 or 5 years ago and I think I need a controlled start up for it. Any thoughts?

NHRA Altitude Corrections:
Boise, ID (2,700')= multiply ET by .9761
multiply mph by 1.0229

Denver, CO (5,800')= multiply ET by .9405
multiply mph by 1.0563
No listing for anything over 5,800 feet, but I'm sure more research would get results. These are for Super Stock, Super Gas, Super Street, etc.
