I've been looking for a 90* oil filter adapter for my 440ci R3 small block in my 74 Roadrunner. I know Mopar Performance discontinued these for whatever reason but i can't seem to find one anywhere else besides old, crusty, cast iron used ones on Ebay for wayyyyyy too much money.
Does anyone know of a place manufacturing these? You would think that such a simple part would be manufactured by someone else by now.

Thanks,
JJ

May have to source it at shows/swaps. Sure you need one? The 74 e-body I'm working on for a guy would be better off without it. PITB for filter change. Straight out would be better in his case. Maybe your header arrangement dictates the angled unit. What about the old Kit Car setup? They did a remote. Pretty easy to do and straight forward. No need for a block off plate. You plugged the center hole with a 3/4" bolt and put a fittings into the outer ones for your in and out. Doesn't the R3 block already have some sort of provision for this?

Sold 2 of these recently, one was a cast iron unit & the other an alum unit off of mid to late 80s 5th ave 318. Don't know if the 5th ave unit would work but might be worth a try. Should be easy to locate and not too costly.
