I got a PM from jfolk1 (aka Joseph Folk) with his phone number. I called him and talked about 20 minutes. I informed Joseph that I preferred PayPal since they have buyer protection because Joseph is an unknown person to me and had no background on this or any other site. We made a deal for the dash for $600 plus shipping using PayPal.
Later the same night I received an email from Joseph saying he backed out because he didn't want to use PayPal. He preferred I send him a cashier's check and then he would ship the dash after the check cleared. I politely declined.
Joseph seems like a nice guy and would probably be OK to deal with. I just prefer the PayPal protection when dealing with an unknown person.
So, all that to say the dash is still for sale.

I didn't realize used dash trim was so pricey. Even though my Coronet 500 has been redone as an R/T (not a clone, just prefer the cleaner look) I'm keeping the 500 trim panel over the glove box. it will give know-it-alls at car shows something to talk about. And good call on the PayPal.

The R/T trim is hard to find. I'll keep searching.
Thanks Joe. I will be using some of the parts such as the bezels and trim on this dash and selling the parts that I do not need. It is in excellent condition.
