At work I'm taking the body off a 49 Ford F1 and putting onto an 04 Explorer chassis with most of the electrical spaghetti included. Truck will stay patina'd but be modernized under the skin.

Wow, great JOB!
Those long body panels sure can show a lot of sins!
That truck is gorgeous!
Great job!

thanks....... those bed sides are some bullshit parts that I had to make work. 1/2 panel fronts and backs with piss poor bends that didn't match........ never had anything kick my *** like this pickup bed, never!...... this thing leaving will be one of the greatest days of my life

Probably not many guys cup of tea but we compete in car audio spl competitions. Our currentire project build for next season is a 99 blazer with 6 American bass xfl15s in a 4th order bandpass on 8k watts.

I actually dig it I have such a big trunk in the bee I'm thinking of how to use all that space
It flat destroys stuff. But....we metered 154db in a standard cab s10 on 4 15s, we are hoping to be close to 158 db with this build. There's so much spray foam and sound deadener in there it's insane...lol. I'm fully expecting to have to brace the windshield frame on this one or its gonna destroy windshields

Just finished this one. Learning very quickly Chevy's are much cheaper to restore than Mopars!
