So what is it? A Coronet 440? Not that it really matters, looks like it was on its way to a partial tribute bee

How hard is it to clear the title if it is not in the sellers name? I don't know Kansas title laws?

As long as the name on the title is the same as the signature (where it says seller's signature) and the purchaser space has been left blank, I don't think there would be any problems.

Yeah. And when a CL ad is posted and belongs to the one who posted it, they should make note that it's theirs when the ad is placed....

I'll change it back. @METAL BEE 68 , if you are placing ad please don't just drop a Craigslist link. Please read #1 of the sale ad rules. E bay link and Craigslist links are the same.
