lower windshield molding clips? Would be one in each conner that hold that lower stainless molding. Is there such a clip? Any pictures? Im being told they are needed...Thanks ...BTW its a 69 Satellite convertible

I believe these are what you are talking about. They hook on to the ends of the lower molding and then fasten to the sheet metal with a screw in the door jamb:
