Who makes the correct rebuild kit for a Carter 4024 pump. All kits I have found have incorrect weaker springs. 4024 has a red spring with 8 coils.

Welcome from North Carolina. If you're rebuilding a Hemi fuel pump, that means you might just have a Hemi. And if you have a Hemi, you might just have a Mopar to put it in. And if you have a Mopar to put it in...WE NEED PICTURES!! :lol:

to my knowledge there are no good rebuild kits. the mancini kits are junk.
 
Thanks for the reply. Yes I agree as I had to send Mancini kit back last week. I will keep searching. May have to get some diaphragm material and rework the one I have.
 
you could always get a newer carter pump and just change out the guts into your older pump. not cheap but should work.
