What is the purpose of this look?

The other thing I wondered about is why are the tires wider than the rim and how do the get the beads to seat?

Here's another one...

Kid down the road has his tires like this . My son has said that's the style undersized tires on rims .
They won't do it at his dealership , I imagine this can't be safe and should be illegal it's a blowout waiting to happen .

Looks like there's only 3 lug nuts holding the rims on too :wtf:

Just like the old cockroach look; something that works at the track taken to the extreme buy a bunch of kids.

This is what it supposed to look like, a little negative camber levels out the outside tire during hard cornering

Everyone customizes their cars as they see fit and to their tastes. These cars with the extreme camber (I believe they are called "stanced") have a huge youth following. Not my taste and apparently not the taste of others on this site either, but to someone, it is what they like and want. Are they any less safe than a jacked up 4X4? Ever try to see out of one of those? Plus bumpers that are way to high to be useful or legal! Anyone here have a big blower or tunnel ram sticking out of their hood? How do they do for visibility out of the front or your car?

I am not defending these cars, they are not my taste. But apparently some people do like them. Believe it or not, some people like Fords too! :realcrazy:

I know when I lived in Maryland, if it wasn't factory height they pulled it over and called a rollback. Yes 4x4s get by with being jacked up but they use to enforce a certain height requirement on those too. Here in Pa. These tuners are everywhere. Can't stand the sound of them and I don't know how they ever pass inspection. Its all in who you know. Maryland knows they are unsafe, mainly from loosing control when they bottom out and that's why they are strict on them.

I knew a guy who was flatbedded for having a blower sticking out of his hood. Happened in Ocean City MD. (Vision Obstruction.)

Pants low, car low.

You are spot on with that comment! I saw one of these today, for real, on route #80 weaving through traffic, with multi lane changes with no signal like they were running a slolem, in heavy traffic. Sounded like a raped mosquito as well. The idiot had more expensive garbage on it than something you'd see at the Mardigra. I was hoping for a cop or better yet a deer to run out in front of the A-hole. I guess it pays to deal drugs and stay on them while driving. LOL :fool:

I think you mean the rims are wider than the tires??? What ever, it's one of the stupidest automotive things that I've ever seen!
They probably bead them with the explosive gas and match method; after they inhale the fumes first, LOL!:realcrazy:

And it's not even Automotive! It's total misuse of an automobile and its handling. Ocean City Md towed several cars from there during a rally of these idiots flying up and down Ocean highway and sounding like mad hornets with their tires looking like they were about to snap off. Be a hard lesson when someone gets killed by one of them POS!

I can see perfectly fine past the tunnel ram sticking out of my hood , but thanks for asking!
