The blaze began Wednesday around 5:15pm in Green Oak Township, Michigan, about 50 miles from Detroit. According to Fire Chief Kevin Gentry, the fire began in a shed, but when firefighters arrived just a minute later, it had already spread to one trailer, and then another. In all three units were damaged.

At least one resident lost their home and their pet, reports Fox 2 in Detroit.

After a couple month absence, my guys returned to finish up an elevator installation last week in Boston & when they walked in the door, the entire first floor was gutted. When they asked what happened, the super on the job told them that a painter was patching a hole in the ceiling around a sprinkler head and to speed up the drying, he used a heat gun. The sprinkler head popped and the water completely ruined the first floor and the floor below.

more instances of the elevator not reaching the top floor.

ran into town one morning, got back and was in my barn working on my charger for about 45 minutes, I look up at my house and i see a trailer backed up to my front door it say's dan's roofing on the side, as I'm walking up to the house tarpaper and shingles are flying off the roof I yelled up to the guys on my roof what in the **** are you guys doing, he say's were putting your new skylights in. well my neighbor across the street had identical skylights. you should have seen the look on his face when i told him he was at the wrong address. I put 50 year shingles on my roof about 12 years ago figuring never having to touch that roof in ever again. well i won't got two new skylights and a reshingle of the front section of my roof FOR FREE!

1. How did the painter think sprinklers work?
2. Fire sprinkler systems have control valves on them.
Real simple, just like the domestic water does.

Sounds like this "super"....isn't/wasn't.

Is this really just a preamble to your elevator in the garage?? Lol.

Had a guy that works at my tool shop pick up a “chic “ and bring her home. Couple of days later caught his couch on fire using a torch to burn the bedbugs out of his couch and bed. This stuff really happens to/with people!
