Seat belt storage clips

Does anyone know what type and size screws these storage clips take? Are there location holes in the bench seat frame or do I need to drill them?

Holes should be there. They just take a common phillips head sheet metal screw. Not sure what size.

I have similar problem but for the back seat found the ones on the front seat but the back seat is a different story no holes anywhere that I can find on the seat

I am not around the car to give measurements, but this is what the back seat will look like. Holes were pre-drilled, to accept oval head sheet metal screws.
