71 B-body turn signal relay location

Hello,
I have an issue with my turn signals on my '71 Satellite
They won't work either side but I do still have the hazard working
So I guess it could be the turn signal relay but where should I find it under the dash ?
It may be obvious but I didn't check yet

Both the 4 way flasher and the turn signal flasher are located above and to the right of the ash tray.
If you can get your head under the dash in that area you should be able to see the flashers.
You can see one of the flashers in this photo circled in red.

Actually the hazzard flasher is around brake pedal brackets area.

The circled one is the turning signals one thought
