One of my favorite DD shows was when Mom had an obvious 'light in his loafers' guy over to do a family photo. There was a small house dog present and the guy ask Phil if he liked animals, and Phils response was, Yes, I LOVE animals , they are delicious ! Cracked me up. Phil will surely be missed by many.....RIP Sir.

I liked the show. Got tired of all the press hoopla but I really liked that this show presented what I consider good family values. They were Christian, without being dorks about it. They were gun people, without having to carry an AR15 and a 44 magnum everywhere they went. They ate wild game. Pretty much just like me and the folks I hang with.

The Robertson family just posted their memorial service for Phil Robertson. There's lots of stories shared that people probably never heard before. I like the one about meeting James Brown in an airport.
