Do you think a 225/70-15 would fit on the back and not rub on a 15x8 with 4.5 BS?

Yes I think it would be fine.
I had 245/60-15 ona 15x8 with 4-1/2" backspace and one did catch the inside wheel lip on a crooked incline. (66 Satellite pretty much identical)
But Mopars do vary one to another.
Make sure you have good spring and shackle bushings as it makes a difference.

Yep- all new bushings
Mine has 15x8 on the rear and 15x7 on the front.

Had 235-75-15's on 15x7 wheels my 66 and they would sometimes rub when the car was articulated some.....otherwise, they were fine.

IF that tall a tire doesn't rub on the front edge of the wheelwell opening, I think it should be fine
Measure the height of the tire you have now, check clearance to the front end of the opening, and compare to the specs of the tire you want.

I had 225s on an 8.5 rim, (rims had 3 1/2 backspace, nothing bigger would fit) and they really did look small. Way small.
Edit: tire size.com says a 225 should be on a 6-7.5 rim, a 235 70x15 for an 8" rim. With your correct backspace (4 1/2) I think the 235 will fit too, better than the 225, IF (again) the 28" is not too tall!

I’ve made some recent measurements on my 67 GTX. To put the tire in the middle of the wheel well, the rim needs to have a +20-25 mm offset. That offset will allow a 10.5” wide tire to fit.
With this info, you can pretty much figure-out what will fit.
Your offset (13 mm) will push the rim center 3/8” closer to the fender, but your tire is about 1” narrower (P235) This means you will have an additional 1/4” fender clearance than the example above.

Right side fits with a 28x10 Mickey
The left side is really close to the lip-
These are just wheels to leave on the car when I am not going to shows- those Goodyear Bias redlines are too expensive to drive on all the time

Did you put the car on the ground? Is it all together with interior hood, battery, fluids and a driver? I see lots of trim missing, what else is missing? That can change things. The lower the car sits the more the rear tires can rub.
Keep in mind when you corner and go over uneven driveways the tires will get closer to the wheelwells and possibly rub.
This is pushing the limits on 67 quarters without hijackers.

I had that same combo before I changed to a 255/65, on 15 x 8, same B/S. 66 coronet, no issues. Although, 8" wheel is pretty wide for a 225 tire, IMHO.
