67 charger, 10” drums, power brakes

Got to messing with my rear brakes and got in a little out of my depth. Had a little leak, found it was coming out of the Axel. Need to buy some parts but not sure what they’re called for me to look for-
In the photo i need the circled seal in the middle (rear inner Axel seal/wheel seal?) and the bolts circled that hold the axel in. A point in the right direction or advice would be much appreciated. I have a shop manual but I can’t make out what is what for sure. Thank you

There is a seal in the axle housing, thats the inner one, which you have circled. There is a gasket, foam, that goes between the backing plate and the housing. There is an outer seal inside the retainer thats captured by the bearing which is pressed onto the axle shaft. Also there is a gasket between that retainer and the backing plate. To get that outer seal replaced means removing the bearing and collar thats on the shaft up against the bearing. You may be able to get the bearing off without replacing but that collar is a one time deal. So...guess what you get to do. Get new pieces of all. And if you're doing one side, good idea to do the other. Did your shoes get oiled down? If so, you'll need to replace them. Your manual should show the adjustment procedure for setting the endplay of the bearings.

The Doc may have those missing studs too. The bearings get packed with grease just like your front wheel bearings and are NOT oil bath.
This may help guide you too. On the bearings, don't bother with anything but Timkens.

I have that job planned for my wagon in the near future. But for different reasons. The PO installed the popular, but junky, Green bearings. Got the pack with the new retainers/adjuster.
