Been there, done that, got t-shirt! Thank God it doesn't take much fall to run dry. Most of the time I just left the heat on in the winter, 55 degrees. Of course, Theresa and I would go in the winter for a week or so at a time just to get away.
 
No leaks! Can't believe how well and how hot that 90 buck Canadian instant hot water unit works... now to get the drain all the way to our septic tank.20250629_150721.jpg
