Saturday Mornings used to be like........

RR was represented by the WB group post.

I even went through a stint in the 90's watching "Tailspin", and "Pinky and The Brain" on the Ducktails show and "The Tick" and "Earthworm Jim".

Those were well written and possibly not 100% aimed at kids.

I watched these with my kids !

I know we all had our favorite cartoons, but these 3 were the Kings of the best of Slap Happy pure Fricking fun!

The late sixties and early seventies were great years to be a kid watching Saturday cartoons. The original Bugs Bunny and Roadrunner show before it got all politically correct. Archie. Spider Man. Deputy Dawg. Huckleberry Hound.
In the 1990’s I watched more modern shows with our then toddler daughter. King, The Proud Family, Kim Possible and a few others were pretty good without being all preachy with a PC agenda.

The only times I ever got to see Speed Racer, were at my aunt's house with my 4 and 6 year older cousins.

Only a couple of times a year...

...but I was hooked.

Being that much older they were not real keen on letting me watch in peace, though.
